Purchase regulations valid from December 25, 2014:


I. General Information

1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase for the raro.pl online store have been developed based on the provisions of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) and the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121, as amended) and are effective as of December 25, 2014.

2. The owner of the online store operating at raro.pl (hereinafter: “Store”) is the Seller:

II. Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read the Terms and Conditions and accepted the provisions contained therein.

2. The Customer is obliged to read the product descriptions before making a purchase and to clarify any doubts with the Seller.

3. All goods are new and free from defects. The Seller shall make every effort to ensure that the descriptions of the goods correspond to the actual state of affairs. The photos of the goods, including their colors, included in the descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. At the Customer's request, the Seller may provide an actual photo of the cover upon individual request prior to purchase.

4. Information about the goods constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code. By sending an order to the Store, the Customer makes an offer to conclude a contract for the sale of the ordered goods or services with the Store. Each payment made by the Customer - with the exception of payments made upon delivery - constitutes a prepayment for the order until the Store sends confirmation of acceptance of the order for processing. Confirmation of acceptance of the order for processing will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer, constituting a declaration of acceptance of the offer referred to above, immediately after the Store has verified the availability of the goods from suppliers.

5. The prices of goods in the Store are given in PLN and are gross prices (including VAT). The price given for each product is binding at the time the Customer places the order. The Store reserves the right to change the prices of goods in its offer, but such a change does not apply to goods already covered by accepted orders from a given Customer.

6. The Customer may choose one of the following forms of payment for the goods:

2) via the iMoje ING system, a guaranteed online payment system developed by Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa S.A. (National Clearing House) specifically for e-commerce. It is currently the fastest method of online payment, allowing orders to be processed immediately after the customer approves the transfer.

3) cash on delivery.


7. After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirming that the order has been accepted. The seller reserves the right to contact the customer by phone or email to verify the order or contact details. Orders are shipped via DHL, In-post, and JAS FBG courier companies in accordance with the current delivery price list.

8. A fiscal receipt is attached to each order. We issue VAT invoices on request.

9. Orders placed on working days (Monday-Friday) before 12:00 noon are processed on the same day, orders placed after 12:00 noon are shipped the next day.

III. Discount for regular customers

The discount is granted individually to corporate customers related to the furniture industry, such as carpentry workshops, furniture manufacturers, and interior designers.

The amount of the discount is determined individually for each customer.

Please note! The discount does not apply to products on SALE.

Discounts granted for purchases made in the raro online store at raro.pl cannot be combined with discounts granted at the company's headquarters or branch.

After logging in to the store, all prices are automatically reduced by the amount of the discount.

To buy cheaper, you must:

  • Register in our store as a company
  • Activate your account
  • Send your company details to: biuro@raro.pl
  • Wait for your details to be verified and for a message confirming your discount


IV. Warranty, complaint policy

1. The goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

2. Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and to report to the carrier any mechanical damage to the products during transport or incompleteness of the goods.

3. The Customer is obliged to use the goods and assemble them in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, guidelines, and instructions.

4. Complaints regarding defects in the goods may be submitted by email to: reklamacje@raro.pl or in writing to the Seller's registered office. Complaint form available for download.

5. The goods subject to complaint should be sent to the Seller's registered office, together with a completed complaint form and proof of purchase.

6. The Seller shall inform the Customer of the manner in which the complaint will be handled within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

7. None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall limit the Customer's rights against the Seller under the warranty if the goods sold have a physical or legal defect that existed at the time of transfer of risk (delivery of the goods) to the Customer or resulted from a cause inherent in the goods sold at that time.

V. Right to withdraw from the sales contract

1. A Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), is entitled to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason. In order to submit a statement of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Customer may use the withdrawal form. The letter containing the statement of withdrawal from the sales contract should be sent to the following address:

2. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Customer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which they received the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to return the goods together with the withdrawal form and the sales document to the Seller before the deadline expires.

3. The shipment with the returned goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase and a written statement of withdrawal from the contract, together with the bank account number to which we are to refund the amount due for the goods.

4. The returned goods must be complete and undamaged, with no signs of use. The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use in a manner exceeding that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, including the costs of shipping to the seller and securing the goods during transport.

6. The amount paid by the customer for the goods will be refunded to the bank account indicated by the customer no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from the sales contract and the returned goods.

7. The Customer shall not have the right to withdraw from a sales contract concluded at a distance or outside the business premises in the cases specified in Article 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827).

VI. Personal data protection

1. By placing an order in the Store, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of performing the sales contract. The provision of personal data by the Customer, to the extent necessary for the performance of the sales contract and its proper documentation, is mandatory; in other respects, it depends on the Customer's consent to provide such data.

2. The Customer's personal data is protected in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data (i.e., Journal of Laws 2019.1781, i.e., of September 19, 2019) in a manner that prevents access to it by third parties.

The Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data at any time.
