Purchase regulations valid from December 25, 2014:

I. General Information

  1. These Terms and Conditions of purchases in the online store raro.pl were developed based on the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) and the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121 as amended) and have been in effect since December 25, 2014.
  2. The owner of the online store operating at raro.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") is the Seller: RARO Sp. Z O.O. Sp. K. 00-048 Warsaw, ul. Mazowiecka 12/36 NIP: 718-216-38-68, REGON: 523833637

II. Purchase Conditions

  1. By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read the Terms and Conditions and accepted the provisions contained therein.
  2. The Customer is obliged to read the descriptions of the goods before making a purchase and to clarify any doubts with the Seller.
  3. All goods are new and free from defects. The Seller will make every effort to ensure that the descriptions of the goods are consistent with the actual state. The photos of the goods, including colors, included in the descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. At the Customer's request, the Seller can provide a real photo of the cover in response to an individual inquiry before purchase.
  4. Information about the goods constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code. By sending an order to the Store, the Customer makes an offer to conclude a sales contract for the ordered goods or services with the Store. Any payment made by the Customer – except for payment upon receipt of the order – constitutes a prepayment towards the execution of the order until the Store sends a confirmation of the order's acceptance for execution. The confirmation of the order's acceptance for execution will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer, constituting a statement of acceptance of the offer, as mentioned above, immediately after the Store verifies the availability of the goods with suppliers.
  5. The prices of the goods in the Store are quoted in Polish zloty and are gross prices (including VAT). The price indicated for each product is binding at the time the Customer places the order. The Store reserves the right to change the prices of the goods in its offer, but such changes do not apply to goods covered by already accepted orders of a given Customer.
  6. The Customer can choose one of the following payment methods for the goods:
    1. Bank transfer to the following account: 10 1050 1953 1000 0090 3289 6459 RARO Sp. Z O.O. Sp. K. 00-048 Warsaw, ul. Mazowiecka 12/36
    2. Via the iMoje ING system, a guaranteed internet payment system developed by the National Clearing House S.A. specifically for e-commerce. This is currently the fastest payment method on the Internet, allowing the order to be executed immediately after the customer approves the transfer.
    3. Payment upon receipt.
  7. After placing the order, the Customer receives an email confirmation of the order acceptance. The Seller reserves the right to contact the Customer by phone or email to verify the order or contact details. Orders are sent via DHL, In-post, and JAS FBG courier services according to the current delivery price list.
  8. Each order includes a receipt. On request, we issue VAT invoices.
  9. Orders placed on working days (Monday to Friday) by 12:00 PM are processed on the same day, and orders placed after 12:00 PM are sent the next day.

III. Discount for Regular Customers

Discounts are granted individually to corporate customers related to the furniture industry, such as carpentry shops, furniture manufacturers, and interior designers.

The amount of the discount is determined individually for each customer. Note! The discount does not apply to products on PROMOTION. Discounts granted for purchases in the raro online store made on raro.pl do not combine with discounts granted at the company's headquarters or its branch. After logging in to the store, all prices automatically decrease by the amount of the assigned discount.

To buy cheaper, you need to:

  1. Register in our store as a company
  2. Activate the account
  3. Send company data to: biuro@raro.pl
  4. Wait for data verification and a message confirming the discount

IV. Warranty, Complaint Rules

  1. The goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  2. Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and report any mechanical damages to the products during transport or incompleteness of the goods to the carrier.
  3. The Customer is obliged to use the goods and install them according to the recommendations, instructions, and manufacturer's manual.
  4. Complaints regarding defects in the goods can be submitted by email to: reklamacje@raro.pl or in writing to the Seller's headquarters address. Complaint form available for download.
  5. The claimed goods should be sent to the Seller's headquarters address, along with the completed complaint form and proof of purchase.
  6. The Seller will inform the Customer of the complaint's resolution within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
  7. None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions limit the Customer's rights against the Seller under the warranty if the sold goods have a physical or legal defect that existed at the time of the risk transfer (issuance) to the Customer or resulted from a cause inherent in the sold goods at the same time.

V. Right to Withdraw from the Sales Contract

  1. A Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), is entitled to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing a reason. To submit a declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Customer can use the contract withdrawal form. The letter containing the declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract should be sent to: RARO Sp. Z O.O. Sp. K., 00-048 Warsaw, ul. Mazowiecka 12/36 or by email to reklamacje@raro.pl
  2. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Customer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods along with the contract withdrawal form and the sales document to the Seller before its expiration.
  3. The shipment with the returned goods should include proof of purchase and a written declaration of withdrawal from the contract along with the bank account number to which the refund for the goods should be made.
  4. The returned goods must be complete and undamaged, showing no signs of use. The Customer is responsible for reducing the value of the goods resulting from using them in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
  5. The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, including the shipping costs to the Seller and the appropriate securing of the goods during transport.
  6. The amount paid by the Customer for the goods will be refunded to the bank account indicated by the Customer no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract and the returned goods.
  7. The Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the sales contract concluded at a distance or outside the business premises in cases indicated in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827).

VI. Personal Data Protection

  1. By placing an order in the Store, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of executing the sales contract. Providing personal data by the Customer, to the extent necessary for the execution of the sales contract and its proper documentation, is mandatory, in other cases, it depends on the Customer's consent to provide them.
  2. The Customer's personal data is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018 (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2019, item 1781 as amended) in a way that prevents access by third parties.
  3. The administrator of personal data for the online store biuro@raro.pl is: RARO Sp. Z O.O. Sp. K. The Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data at any time.
